Of course my mind went into overdrive and I had to plan a party around the runners. While I didn't have an occasion, I chose this party to be my first "inspiration" shoot and I set up a birthday party faux-to shoot with a few friends' help. I loved the results and hope you do too! The pictures were taken by the very talented Jennifer Frase.

ReplyDeleteWhat a fun and pretty party! I bought that hat for my daughter's 1st birthday party a year ago at a local store in Santa Barbara, but anyone can order it online here: http://www.trumpette.com/birthday-hat.html
ReplyDeleteHi Everyone!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments, my apologies for the delay in responding - I just noticed how many there were! Thanks Ericka for posting the link to Trumpette (that's who made the hat). I love it!
The lollis are actually white chocolate, I bought them at my local Safeway (grocery store). They were in the floral department.
Re: the green pot - it was a simple glass vase that was surrounded by green silk fabric and affixed using spray glue I think (I've had it forever - a floral designer made it for a party I planned).
Thanks so much!
