Party Hats with Pom Poms!

Here's a fun DIY find from the awesome company, Anders Ruff Custom Design -- adorable party hats with tissue pom-poms. What I love about these cute hats is they'd be fun for a kids' party, but you could also make one for a bride-to-be as a silly alternative to a plastic tiara and tulle veil. The sky is the limit in terms of creativity - pick any paper, any color tissue and make it perfect for your occasion.  They'd even be fun as alternative shower centerpieces lining the center of a long table.
