Engage Recap - Day 1 and 2 at the Breakers in Palm Beach

I am FINALLY (at least two weeks late) posting my Engage recap. Just like everyone else, words don't do the experience justice -- but suffice it to say it was everything I expected and more -- and I owe a big thank you to Engage's creators, Rebecca Grinnals and Kathryn Arce. I can't wait to put my ideas from the conference into action, and I really hope I'm able to attend next year.

To get the best idea of the amazing events and setting, I'd suggest checking out some of the other Engage attendees recaps. I thought that both StyleMePretty and Weddings Unveiled had great visual recaps -- check out Style Me Pretty's Day 1 recap here, and Day 2 recap here, and Weddings Unveiled's recaps of Day 1 and Day 2.

Here are the pictures from Day 2 of my escapades in Florida - with both new friends and old. I didn't take any of the first night - I think I was still too jetlagged from the redeye! One of the big highlights of Day 2 was sitting next to Mr. Randy Fenoli of Say Yes to the Dress at dinner that night -- we broke into small groups for a dinearound and Randy was our table's host. He is a hoot and of course impeccably dressed. Another memorable moment was Bryan Rafanelli of Rafanelli Events' speech. He was absolutely fascinating to listen to, and of course everyone was just a wee bit starstruck in his presence as a result of that little event he planned this summer for Chelsea Clinton. He is incredibly smart and a very savvy business person -- I hope to hear him speak again soon.

Here I am (far left) with Anthony Luscia of Martha Stewart Weddings and Liene Stevens of ThinkSplendid
Randy Fenoli of Kleinfeld's and TLC's Say Yes to the Dress and Heather Arak of Arak Kanofsky Studios and Good Life Gab

Photo booth madness starts. The stunner in front holding a kir royale was one of my roommates, Daniela of Bella Signature Design. Behind us are Bryan Rafanelli of Rafanelli Events and Anthony Luscia.

With the Martha Stewart Weddings Team, Darcy Miller, Anthony Luscia and Shira Savada. It was so great to finally meet Shira in person! And I love hearing Darcy speak - she's my wedding industry "idol".

Roomies! Here I am with the great girls that I shared a room with, Daniela and Trisha Dean of Trisha Dean Events

More pictures to come from Day 3!
