Thanksgiving May Be Over... But....

So Thanksgiving is over, but I couldn't help but share these two adorable ideas I saw last night while flipping through Google Reader in a tryptophan coma. This veggie turkey crudite platter is hysterical, and actually not super intimidating. It would be a great activity to do with young kids too.

And then how cute are these "corn" cookies from dessert designer guru Amy Atlas made with gum & skittles? I think I'd like to try with M&Ms. I don't think these would last long if my niece were around! 

Thanksgiving may be over, but we're switching into high gear for my nephew's 1st birthday party tomorrow. Pictures of that party to come!
