Etsy, Coming Soon to a Store Near You!

Etsy, the popular online marketplace of handmade and vintage goodies, is partnering with Nordstrom and West Elm to bring Etsy goods to a store near you, according to Forbes.  Nordstrom is offering select Etsy vendors in its "Etsy & Nordstrom Present" collection, while West Elm is selling groupings of items from local Etsy vendors in its new stores.  If all goes well, this is only the beginning.  Etsy would like to spread its charm to stores ranging from national retailers to local boutiques.  As the article states, bringing Etsy to a store near you is a part of the growing trend of customers preferring original, authentic items versus big box, cookie cutter items.
