How funny and cute are these cupcake toppers? These are from Sarah, the creator of Jack and Izzy, who featured her son Noah's first birthday party on her blog. Each of the cupcake toppers has a photo of Noah on the front, and on the back Noah's age at the time of the photo. It's incredible how fast babies grow, as all parents know to well.
